I made an important update to my website today. The NumberPagingToolbar that is used in
this page is now sending an zero-index page number like the PagingToolbar does.
The paging in the dataset sample is broken. I am afraid to update the ajaxutils dll
because the last time I did that my site was down for an entire day.
