Class to transform an ofx file into an XElement

I have just updated one of my old codeproject articles with a new code. The new code uses the power of Linq and LinqToXml to transform an Ofx into an XElement.The code is smaller then the old one and should work with any OFX file...so take a look and tell me what you think.
